Creating A Vision For Your Physio Business That Gets You Out Of Bed Every Morning

A few years ago, my Physio business was in a great place. I wasn’t working hard, I was getting paid well, and I was cruising. I only worked about six hours per week, which might sound like the dream, right? 

I had time to work out, pick up my kids, and even got into gardening. 

But, to be honest I was bored …

As humans, we need goals. We are goal striving machines.

You’re either growing, or you’re stagnating. And I was definitely stagnating. 

The worst part? My team started feeling it too. 

A couple of them left, and the rest? Well, they were cruising just like I was. And I don’t blame them.
